How to order & Pay
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
*This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared/manufactured, and readied for shipment*

Items in your order may be shipped out from various locations, however W Concept will only charge you a one-time payment shipping fee.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal as well as Amazon Pay.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal through our global ecommerce partner, eShopWorld. It may vary from country to country.
Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully charged.
However, receipt of the confirmation email does not guarantee that Partners have confirmed the order. An order may be cancelled by us after you have received the confirmation email.
Refunds are processed right after an order is canceled, please allow 1-5 days for refunds to fully process and settle.
Any "PENDING" charges shown in your bank account will be removed once payment has been completed. If you notice any pending amounts in your statement, please allow 1-3 days for these transactions to disappear.

W concept may request from you, additional information for credit card verification, W concept and the Partner reserves the right to decline your order.
W Concept ships to all 50 states of the United States (except for Alaska Hawaii and Guam), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
We do not provide International shipping outside of these 40 regions at the moment.
Free Shipping is available on orders of 99 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes) or over in all 40 countries.
W Concept is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, W Concept is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.
We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery.
If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.
W Concept chooses to ship items within your order separately, as they are readied. We will partially ship items from your order that are fully processed and ready to be shipped. This is so you will not have to wait for your entire order to be ready, before receiving any of your items.
Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Date (provided for each item in your order).
"Overseas Items" require additional time for processing, in addition to transit time.
"Overseas items" in your order will take about 1 week to complete in the "Processing/Production" stage.
This stage is included in the shipping length shown below (3-7 business days / 5-10 business days / 10-20 business days / 13-17 business days / 18-22 business days, not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.).
Please check the type of shipping according to each product (Priority/ Standard/ Pre-Order/ Made-to-Order).
- Overseas Items: PRIORITY (3-7 business days)
- Overseas Items: STANDARD (5-10 business days)
- Overseas Items: PRE-ORDER (10-20 business days)
- Overseas Items: MADE TO ORDER (13-22 business days)
Duties & Taxes
For US customers, sales tax will be applied accordingly to your state of residence.
In States where W Concept has an obligation to collect, you'll see sales tax applied to your order, which will be correct for the shipping address that you've selected.
Sales tax is calculated and added to the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing.
We'll always show you how much Sales Tax you'll be charged when you go to checkout.
The Sales Tax shown at checkout will be for your default address so this may change if you change your delivery address.
For all international countries (ie:Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam) all duties and taxes will be added and shown on the check-out page.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, duties and taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value and displayed on the check out page.
After an order has shipped, you may find your tracking information in the “Track Order” section located at the bottom of the page.
While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
